This website is dedicated to the memory of Robert Keith Simpson and the continuous pursuit of justice by his family for his death.

Local authorities have ruled Robbie's death a suicide, but the evidence and facts surrounding this case tell a different story. This site is our only avenue to get the facts surrounding this case out to the public in our effort to clear Robbie's name.

In brief: The family believes local law enforcement did not handle this case properly and as a result valuable evidence and information has been lost forever that would have proven that Robbie did not kill himself. This investigative inadequacy has also allowed a potentially dangerous man to walk free.

The family has gone through all of the proper channels as advised by attorneys and our local law enforcement agencies and officials and at every turn we have been told there is nothing that can be done. We found this to be unacceptable and decided to begin our own investigation. We began to educate ourselves about the legal system, crime scene investigation and the protocols that are to be followed by local law enforcement agencies. Utilizing the internet, the "Freedom of Information Act", a private investigator and our own undying persistence, we have uncovered many facts about this case that support our belief that the investigation was botched. We will continue to provide information about this case as it becomes available.
